• 1 hour minimum charge applies to hourly rate works, thereafter charged in 15-minute increments
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure payment methods
• Quotations and estimates are generally provided free of charge; however, certain projects may incur a fee depending on scope, location, and time requirements
• Fixed prices are subject to VAT where applicable and can be provided verbally or in writing before works commence
• Materials supplied by Norm Electrical Engineering are charged at trade cost plus handling where applicable
• Collection of non-stock materials will be kept to a minimum and charged fairly based on time required
• Digital invoices and certificates are issued as standard (printed copies available upon request)
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) are charged at fixed prices based on property size, installation complexity, and operational requirements
• Any remedial works, fault-finding, or additional testing identified during the inspection will be quoted separately before work proceeds
• No surcharge applies to card payments
• Emergency, out-of-hours, weekend, and bank holiday works may be subject to higher rates
