The quotation is based on approximately 530 items, primarily office IT and electrical equipment. Audio-visual equipment and commercial catering equipment are excluded as these are already maintained separately.

Testing will include visual inspection and appropriate electrical safety testing, with results recorded and equipment labelled where required. Servers, network switches and other permanently connected IT/network equipment can be assessed using suitable non-intrusive testing methods where possible, without unplugging or powering down the equipment.
