Supply and install a 10 mm² main protective bonding conductor from the main earthing terminal (MET) to the gas meter installation pipework, including suitable cable clips, earth clamp, identification label, testing, and verification in accordance with the current edition of BS 7671. Labour only.

Please note: As the main protective bonding conductor may need to be installed through a communal area, permission from the management or the owner of No. 46 may be required before the works can proceed. Any permissions required are the responsibility of the client to obtain prior to the commencement of works.

Carry out minor remedial works identified during the EICR, including the installation or replacement of junction boxes where required, enclosure of exposed conductors, cable terminations, minor wiring alterations, accessory repairs or replacements, testing, verification, and commissioning. All works will be carried out in accordance with the current edition of BS 7671.

Isolate the electrical installation, remove the existing Type AC RCD, and install a new Type A RCD. Carry out testing, verification, and recommissioning of the installation to confirm correct operation and compliance with the current edition of BS 7671.

Following the satisfactory completion of the agreed remedial works, the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) will be reviewed and re-issued to reflect the updated condition of the installation. Where applicable, the report outcome will be amended based on the completed remedial works and verification testing.
