Complete rewiring of the existing socket circuits serving the 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. New electrical cabling will be installed using PVC trunking to minimise wall chasing, dust and disruption to the occupied property.
The works include new socket circuit cabling, PVC cable containment, associated electrical accessories and connections, installation of a new consumer unit with RCBO protection and SPD, full testing and inspection, and issue of the relevant electrical certification upon satisfactory completion.
Works will be carried out in sections to minimise disruption to the tenant and maintain a safe and tidy working environment throughout the project.
