Supply and installation of a new 6-way 18th Edition compliant consumer unit, including RCD protection and Surge Protection Device (SPD).
Works include isolation of supply, removal of existing consumer unit (if applicable), installation of new consumer unit in a compliant and accessible location, connection of existing circuits, testing, inspection, and commissioning in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
Electrical installation certificate to be issued upon completion.

Investigation and fault-finding of kitchen socket circuits with high Zs values as identified during the EICR.
Work is charged at an hourly rate of £80/hr.
Includes testing, diagnosis, and reporting of any faults found. Remedial works to be quoted separately once the issue is identified if it's not fixed during the time
